In mid November, Laboratory Field Services (LFS) will be launching an update to PERL, the online application system for personnel licenses and certificates. Among other things, the update will allow licensees and certificate holders to submit renewal applications online. A link to the new system will be available on the LFS website.

The new online renewal system will require licensees and certificate holders to upload electronic copies of their CE certificates.  Currently, licensees and certificate holders are only required to list information found on the CE certificate issued by a California Continuing Education Accrediting Agency after successfully completing the course.

If you are no longer in possession of CE certificates issued by CAMLT, they can be replaced for a nominal donation ($25 for database search and $5 per replacement certificate).  Those needing replacement CE certificates should email with your name, the date of CE completion/event, and/or six digit course number.
